Macweld Industries believes the safety of our employees and the provision of a safe working environment is paramount. Through our full-time OHS&W Coordinator, we have developed a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis tool, based on the National Occupational Health and Safety Commissions (NOHSC) National Guidelines for Integrating Occupational Health and Safety Competencies into National Competency Standards NOHSC:7025 (1998).
